Bid Manager for Comby A/S

On behalf of our client, Comby A/S, we are seeking a structured and independent Bid Manager who will take responsibility for driving the company's work with public and private tenders from start to finish.

You will be the central driving force in the bidding processes and responsible for the entire process – from analysis of tender material and requirement specifications to preparation and submission of a well-crafted and competitive bid. Since there is no established bid function today, it is expected that you take ownership of the process, create structure and ensure progress. You will naturally be able to obtain professional input from the organization, but it is you who drives the process and gathers all threads.

The role concerns exclusively the company's tender processes and not the other sales or bidding processes.

Your areas of responsibility will be

• Analysis of tender material, requirement specifications and award criteria
• Planning and execution of the entire tender process from receipt to submission
• Preparation, editing and quality assurance of bid responses
• Obtaining and coordinating the necessary input from relevant specialists
• Ensuring compliance, structure, deadlines and proper documentation
• Contributing to bid/no-bid assessments, bid strategy, win themes and risk assessments
• Further development of templates, processes and best practices for the company's tender work

As Bid Manager you will be responsible for building and running a professional bid function, ensuring that Comby delivers thoroughly prepared and competitive bids – on time and in high quality.

Who are you?

You have experience with bid management, public tenders or complex bidding processes and thrive on taking responsibility. You are motivated by creating structure, working independently and ensuring that nothing falls between two chairs. Additionally:

• Do you have experience with Bid Management, bid leadership or public procurement
• Do you thrive in working independently and taking ownership of the entire process
• Are you strong at creating structure and maintaining overview – even when deadlines are tight
• Do you have strong written formulation skills and can translate complex requirements into professional bids
• Are you good at involving the right specialists and translating their input into a cohesive bid response
• Are you focused on quality, detail and compliance
