Billund Care Home is looking for a new SSH/SSA

The stork has arrived at Billund Nursing Home, therefore we are looking for a new colleague from 1 December 2026 who wants to be a co-creator of a workday where both you and the residents thrive.

With us you have influence over your own working hours, and we create flexibility together – because we know it leads to a better working environment and greater job satisfaction. The position is, in principle, 37 hours in day shifts, but you must also be willing to help in either the evening or night shift.

We have participated in the project Future with Full-Time, and we are still working purposefully to create a sustainable balance between work life and private life. That means we will together find the number of hours and the work schedule that suits you best.

We are a house with 30 residents who love presence, calm, coziness and daily moments of light.

And we have a Team of warm, engaged and humorous colleagues who look forward to welcoming you.
