About the position

As BIM-Manager you will have a central role in coordinating and supporting the project’s digital framework and deliverables. You work closely with the design management and other disciplines – and contribute to ensuring requirements and structure so that the information flow is clear to all parties.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Coordinate ICT/BIM processes in projects and support the design management in the digital part of the delivery.
• Develop and maintain the project’s ICT documentation and ensure a common understanding of requirements and deliverables.
• Facilitate and implement the use of AI in the projects.
• Ensure structure and quality in information deliveries, including coordinating information flow across disciplines.
• Support projects in the use of ProjectWeb/CDE and ensure consistent workflows for documents and data.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal standards, templates and workflows within ICT/BIM.

About you

You have a structured approach and thrive in collaboration between many stakeholders. Additionally, you are good at communicating clearly and create progress through coordination, dialogue and professional sparring.

We imagine that you

• Have a relevant educational background, e.g. as an engineer, building constructor or equivalent.
• Have experience with ICT/BIM in infrastructure projects (e.g. from consulting, client or contractor)
• Have experience with software such as Dalux, ACC, ProjectWise, Revizto, Trimble Connect.
• Have experience with Revit, Tekla, MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Have knowledge of parametric modeling, data structure, integrations and general programming.
• Have knowledge of ProjectWeb/CDE and can support project teams in daily use and structure.
• Have understanding of information management and digital deliveries – and can follow up to ensure requirements are complied with in practice.
