You land in a workshop environment where metalworking is connected with scenography, stage and events. This means constructions that must both withstand use and look presentable when they are finished. The tasks can end up at trade fairs, stages and other productions, so finish and durability must go hand in hand. The work takes place both in the workshop and out on assembly when the solution needs to be put in place.

The special thing about the role is that you use the metalworking trade on tasks with more variation than traditional production. You work with pre-processing, assembly, fieldwork and repair, depending on what the task requires. There is still very normal metalworking at the core, but the final product must often function in a live production or an environment where many people will see it.

Everyday: Workshop, assembly and service

Your everyday The work starts with pieces that need to be pre-processed, machined and assembled into something that can be used in practice. Some tasks stay in the workshop, while others continue out on assembly or as service and repair.

You will among other things work with

• Pre-process and machine pieces for further assembly
• Produce and assemble constructions
• Assemble solutions on site for tasks
• Repair and service constructions as needed

When something does not fit the first time, you must be able to think practically and get it solved properly. It is craftsmanship where both strength, fit and delivery matter.

We are looking for someone who can tick most boxes You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a metalworker
• Have a driving license
• Can work with pre-processing, assembly and mounting
• Show up reliably and take responsibility for your commitments
• Say if something does not add up

It is an advantage if you have tried assembly or service before. But the most important thing is that you can use your head and your hands when the task changes along the way.
