About the job
Aircraft Technician for our technical department at Copenhagen Airport
Do you enjoy working close to the operation, where quality, safety and good collegiality go hand in hand?
Jettime is looking for another aircraft mechanic for our technical department at Copenhagen Airport. We are growing, expanding the fleet and need more skilled colleagues who will help keep our Boeing 737 NG aircraft safe and ready for the next departure.
Jettime operates charter flights and ACMI flights on behalf of some of the Nordic region's largest tour operators and strong route companies. It places high demands on quality, reliability and collaboration, and that is exactly where you come in.
A quick overview of the position
- Permanent full-time position with start as soon as possible
- Workplace at Copenhagen Airport South in Dragør
- Maintenance and fault finding on Boeing 737 NG
- A close collaboration with engaged colleagues in a flat organization
A daily life close to the operation
At Jettime you will become part of a team where professional pride, helpfulness and good humor are a natural part of everyday life. We have a short path from idea to action, and we believe the best solutions are found close to the operation. Therefore you get the opportunity to take responsibility and make a difference, while we help each other when tasks demand it.
Your main responsibilities
- Maintenance of Jettime's Boeing 737 NG fleet, also outside CPH such as in AOG situations
- Diagnostics and fault rectification
- Registration of performed activities in our IT systems
- Reporting of unintended events
- Working in accordance with applicable manuals and procedures
What you need to bring
- A valid Aircraft Maintenance License (AML), EASA Part-66
- Certification on Boeing 737 NG (CFM56) B1 and/or B2 is an advantage – but not a requirement
- Preferably 6 months of relevant experience within the last 2 years
- Good Danish and English skills, both written and spoken
- Valid driving license
- Ability to obtain security clearance for Copenhagen Airport, including passing a background check for the last five years
- A good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office
Who are you?
We imagine that you thrive in an environment where quality and safety always come first. You keep a clear overview and a good mood, even when the pace is high, and you work equally well independently as in a strong team.
If you have experience with Boeing 737 NG (CFM56) and a B1 and/or B2-type certification, that is certainly an advantage. The same applies if you have worked in aircraft maintenance in recent years. If you do not have all the desired qualifications, we still would love to hear from you if you have the right professional foundation and motivation to become part of the team.
You communicate clearly and professionally with your colleagues and take responsibility for the tasks you solve. As a colleague you are flexible, helpful and ready to go the extra mile when situations require it, e.g. in an AOG situation.
Why choose Jettime
At Jettime you get a challenging and versatile job close to a dynamic flight operation. You will become part of a team of skilled, engaged and helpful colleagues, where the tone is informal, and where there is room for both professional pride and humor.
We offer a pension scheme, ID tickets, canteen scheme and parking by the hangar. At the same time we value flexibility and strive for a good balance between work and private life when operations allow. Our flat organization means there is a short path from idea to action, and that you have the opportunity to make a real difference in daily work.
