Help create great customer experiences

As a business adviser in Totalkredit Erhverv, you will play a central role in the collaboration with our partner banks, where together we create the best solutions for the customers. You will be part of a unique setup, where we combine trusted partnerships with high professionalism – and where the goal is always to create the best customer experiences.

In the role, you will, among other things, work closely with business advisers and business managers at our cooperating financial institutions, where you contribute with your expertise and understanding of credit and financing. Some of your most important tasks will be:

• Credit assessment of business customers.
• Daily sparring with advisers at collaborating financial institutions and colleagues.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining good relationships with our partners.
• Be involved in finding the right financial solutions for the customers.

• A financial education.
• Solid experience in advising business customers.

You will become part of Totalkredit Erhverv, which is part of the Nykredit group. We are based in Viby J and are a team of 14 colleagues who work closely together to create value for our partners and customers. For us, collaboration is a prerequisite for success. Everyday life is characterized by close dialogue with both colleagues and partners, and customer contact mainly takes place via telephone, email and online meetings.
