Rosmus Youth School House seeks a club employee!

Ungsyddjurs is seeking, with the start as soon as possible, a dedicated club employee for a permanent position of 30 hours per week in our youth school house in Rosmus.

#Ungsyddjurs has ten youth school houses distributed in Syddjurs Municipality. Each house is a leisure activity offered as a junior club and a youth club for children and young people in the age group 10–18 years.

We are looking for an engaged club employee who would love to work with this target group. It would be advantageous if you have a good overview, a sense of order, and are structured in your work.

In the Junior Club in Rosmus, we are looking for a club employee who is passionate about development, creative, and can turn ideas and thoughts into reality.

Together we will create the best framework for children and young people, where well-being and development are in focus. You will have great influence and the opportunity to shape the development of the Youth School House in Rosmus and make a difference for many children and young people’s leisure life.

The Rosmus Youth School House is located at Rosmus School, and thus you are always in close cooperation with the school.

The opening hours in the junior club are from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM and on Fridays to 5:00 PM. Tuesday and Thursday there is a youth club, and here the club closes at 9:00 PM.

In the position, you should expect participation in various meetings, events, trips and travels, which lie beyond the normal meeting time and may take place on weekends and school holidays. We are looking for a club employee with several of the following qualities:

• Skilled educator or with other relevant experience
• Strong in relation to children and young people
• Initiative-driven and structured
• Can work independently and turn your own ideas into reality
• Can plan and carry out exciting activities and preferably with a flair for creative and cooking activities.
• A good team player and role model

You will become part of an evolving environment where both your personal and professional development are in focus. All club employees from our ten youth school houses meet at least once a month for joint sparring, planning and development.

The Youth School House in Rosmus is part of #Ungsyddjurs, which is an important actor in the children’s and youth life in Syddjurs Municipality.
