Become an Economics Apprentice in RSM Denmark's Internal Administration in Thisted

Are you fond of numbers, curious about economics, and ready to translate your education into practice? And would you like an apprenticeship where you become part of the finance function in a nationwide auditing and advisory company? Then we may have the apprenticeship for you.

We are looking for an economics apprentice for our internal administration in Thisted. Here you will be part of the team that handles internal tasks for our 17 offices across RSM Denmark, and you will have the opportunity to learn economics and accounting closely in the daily operation of our company.

As an economics apprentice with us you get a two-year apprenticeship program, where professional learning and practical experience go hand in hand. You will be gradually introduced to more tasks and take on more responsibility as you develop. At the same time you have 6 skilled and experienced colleagues around you who help you get started and ensure you always have someone to ask.

Your tasks

You will have a varied daily routine and will work with different parts of our internal finance. Your tasks will develop through the apprenticeship program and can include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and handling of vouchers
• Creditor and debtor tasks
• Matching accounts and following up the bookkeeping
• Handling and control of invoices and payments
• Creation and maintenance of master data
• Other outstanding administrative tasks

In other words, you will get a good overview of the fundamental disciplines in a finance function as well as the operation of the department’s office as a whole.

During the apprenticeship you will participate in relevant professional courses, where you gain new knowledge and theory that you can translate directly into your daily work. About you

We imagine that you have completed a relevant educational background that provides access to an apprenticeship in economics, e.g. HHX, EUX Business or equivalents.

What is most important to us, however, is your motivation and your approach to tasks.

You have good numerical sense and an interest in economics and accounting. You work in a structured and thorough way and like when things add up. At the same time you are curious, take responsibility for your tasks, and want to learn new things.

You do not need to know everything in advance. We expect, instead, that you are service-minded, want to develop yourself, ask questions when in doubt, and contribute positively to collaboration with your colleagues.

Become part of the administration in Thisted

You will become part of our internal administration in Thisted, where you will have competent and helpful colleagues around you. We have short decision-making lines, an informal tone, and we emphasize helping each other and succeeding as a team.

Although your daily base is in Thisted, you will be part of an administration that supports the entire RSM Denmark. It gives you the opportunity to learn the concrete tasks from the ground up and gain an understanding of finance and processes across the organization.
