Become Head of Private Banking at Lokalbank Copenhagen, Denmark's largest local bank

You inspire and develop

You have the daily managerial responsibility for an engaged private team of 12 employees. You report to the local bank director, but you are part of an overall leadership team of eight. We set the direction for our employees, exercise sales leadership and follow up on each individual's performance. At the same time, you create good frameworks and many opportunities for each person to develop both professionally and personally. Through effective leadership and results-oriented abilities, with a focus on common goals, you ensure satisfied customers, so that Nykredit's and Spar Nord's positions are strengthened.

Your areas of responsibility will be to

• Manage the daily leadership in collaboration with the local bank director and the rest of the leadership team.
• Attract and retain mortgage bank customers – including small business customers.
• Ensure the unit's business development.
• Ensure high job satisfaction.
• Take care of change management by setting direction and creating engagement.

You engender trust and are focused on building and expanding your network. You are ambitious on behalf of your team, motivate, exercise sales leadership and follow up on each employee's results and performance through ongoing individual feedback.

In Local Bank Copenhagen we serve both private customers and business customers. We are a total of 90 colleagues, including 50 in private, where you as head of private customers have management responsibility for one of four private teams. You will have a role in representing the bank outward – to existing and new customers as well as other important partners.
