Become a Sales Trainee at XPENG in Silkeborg

Things are moving fast at XPENG, and therefore we are looking for a new sales trainee for our showroom in Silkeborg.

Here you have the opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry with a car brand that is rapidly developing. You will become part of an engaged sales team where it is busy, with high spirits and plenty of customers who are curious about XPENG and the brand's electric cars.

We will ensure you are well prepared for the job. As a sales trainee you will learn the entire sales process from the first contact with the customer to a test drive, advice, financing and delivery of the new car. Along the way you will take on more responsibility as you become ready for it.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues who share their knowledge and help you get started well. In return we expect that you are curious, take initiative and want to learn.

Your tasks will include

• Sales and advice on new XPENGs
• Sales of add-on services such as financing, insurance, service contracts and equipment
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and leads
• Assist the salespeople with practical tasks
• Handling and coordination of test drives
• Practical tasks in the showroom, including ensuring that cars, prices and materials are up to date

• Are curious and motivated for a career in sales and the automotive industry
• Takes initiative and follows up on your tasks
• Can stay on top of things, even when there are many customers and a fast pace
• Work in a structured way and have an eye for detail
• Have a positive attitude and contribute to the good atmosphere in the team
• Have a driving license
• If you have a gymnasium education such as HHX, HTX, STX or HF, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.
