Become a Senior Analyst for Operations in a cooperative-owned Nykredit group

Do you want to help develop one of the Nykredit group’s largest operating organizations?

Operations is a business-critical unit that every day ensures stable deliveries to customers, advisers and partners. We are seeking an experienced senior analyst who is passionate about turning data into action and creating concrete improvements in daily operations.

Your most important tasks

You will become a central sparring partner for management and will be responsible for creating insights into performance, identifying improvement opportunities and driving analyses that strengthen both customer experience, quality and efficiency.

Your tasks include, among others, to

• drive analyses of operating data, capacity, productivity, quality and lead times,
• prepare management information, KPIs and dashboards that support decisions at all levels,
• identify bottlenecks, causes of errors and improvement opportunities across processes,
• support the implementation of improvement initiatives and automation,
• develop business cases and follow up on benefits,
• work closely with managers, specialists and development functions on operational improvements,
• create transparency around delivery reliability, risks and capacity challenges,
• contribute to establishing a solid data-driven improvement culture in Operations.

Is it you we are looking for?

You have a relevant advanced education in economics, data, mathematics, engineering, LEAN or similar.

In addition, we imagine that you

• work efficiently and results-oriented,
• have solid skills in data analysis and master tools such as Excel, Power BI and SQL,
• can translate complex data into clear messages and recommendations,
• work in a structured and independent manner,
• have experience with LEAN, process optimization or operational excellence,
• thrive at the intersection of strategy, analysis and daily operations,
• are a skilled communicator who can challenge and spar with leaders at all levels,
• can support and develop the organization’s use of AI for analysis and optimization tasks.

Your new team

You will report to the top leader of Operations. Operations is the central unit of the Nykredit group, handling administration and production tasks in the banking, pension and mortgage areas. We also handle a wide range of tasks within liquidity, payments, custody and investments. In addition, we provide professional support to colleagues throughout the group.
