Are you creative, have experience with flowers and love creating beautiful bouquets? Then you are the one we are looking for!

At EventForce we work closely with Salling Group and are responsible for floristry in many Bilka and Føtex stores nationwide. We are therefore looking for a skilled and customer‑minded florist.

As a florist you will be an important part of the in-store experience. You arrange beautiful bouquets from fresh flowers, help customers find the right colors and nuances, and ensure good and personal customer service.

About the Job

In a typical week there are up to 11 hours distributed on Friday and Saturday

Friday 11:00–17:00

Saturday 11:00–16:00

During holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter and Mother’s Day , it is expected that you can work more hours and more days.

You work independently at the bouquet station, but you are also part of a larger team of florists across our locations. In addition, you become part of the store’s strong sense of community.

We are looking for someone who

Is trained as a floral designer/florist or has equivalent practical experience

Has a sense for colors, shapes and aesthetics

Can talk to customers and help them find the right bouquet, color and solution

Has experience with customer service

Can work independently and take responsibility for the floristry

Is reliable and flexible

The most important thing for us is that you know your craft and enjoy creating beautiful bouquets that customers want to buy.
