💚 Welcome to Børnehuset Gl. Kirkevej Børnehuset Gl. Kirkevej er en integreret institution med 24 vuggestuebørn og 69 børnehavebørn, fordelt på to vuggestuegrupper og tre børnehavegrupper.

Vi er et børnehus, hvor integration, rummelighed og plads til det enkelte individ er en vigtig del af vores hverdag. Vi ønsker, at alle børn oplever, at de hører til, og at der er plads til at være den, man er.

Vi er særligt optagede af, hvad de fysiske læringsmiljøer kan tilbyde børnene – og hvordan indretning, materialer og organisering kan understøtte børnenes trivsel, udvikling, læring og dannelse.

Vores legeplads rummer masser af muligheder. Her kan børnene gå på opdagelse i skoven, klatre i legetårnet, gynge, cykle og fordybe sig i leg.

Vi bruger også vores lokalområde aktivt. Vi har grønne oaser, legepladser, stranden og Amager Fælled lige i nærheden, og vi gør brug af kommunens forskellige tilbud og tager blandt andet på ture til biblioteket, Naturskolen og Kastrup Bio.

🌿 Here is what your everyday will look like As a pedagogue with us, you will be an important part of the children’s everyday.

Together with your colleagues and the management, you help create exciting, safe and playful days where the children have the opportunity to develop and experience themselves as part of the community.

You will be able to immerse yourself with smaller groups in planned activities and be a play agent in the room or on the playground.

As a play agent you have a particularly important task: To stay close to the play, spot children who are on the edge of the group, and help them get into the play.

For us, play is not just something children do. Play is one of the most important places where children develop, learn and experience community.

Rooms work from a shared activity plan including activity groups, kitchen activities and trips out of the house. Activities can take place on the individual room or across the kindergarten.

You will among other things

• plan, implement and support pedagogical activities
• create good frameworks for play, learning and communities
• be close to the children’s play and follow their leads
• have daily dialogue with the parents and participate in parent-teacher conversations
• participate in weekly room meetings and staff meetings one evening a month
• collaborate with your colleagues about each child’s well-being, development, learning and formation
• support the children’s social skills and opportunities to participate
• document and reflect on today’s play, activities and what is happening in the room.

• are concerned with the children’s perspectives and want to follow the children’s leads
• want to immerse yourself in play together with the children
• are interested in the physical learning environments and see the furnishing as an active part of the pedagogical work
• can create a trusting and respectful parent collaboration
• are welcoming, listening and see parents as an important resource
• are focused on early intervention for children’s well-being and preferably have knowledge of the Brain & Heart.

We emphasize that you can reflect on your own practice, give and receive professional sparring and want to develop yourself together with others.

Working hours are between 6:30–17:00 and 6:30–16:00 on Fridays. In addition, you are expected to participate in a staff meeting one evening a month from 17:00–20:00.
