Børnehuset Højen is looking for a pilot

We are seeking a pedagogue, PAU or experienced assistant with experience from a day-care institution.

Højen is a small institution with a high level of professionalism in the northern part of Herlev. We have one infants/Nursery group and three kindergarten groups distributed across two middle groups and one large-children group, in total about 50 children.

As our new floating role (flyver) is completely new in the house, you will have the opportunity to help shape and leave your own mark on the role.

As a flyver you will be an important part of the house and support the daily practice where the need is greatest. This can be during illness and absence, but also when a group of children needs an extra adult, or when a situation calls for more hands.

The practicalities of the position

The position is initially 37 hours with a fixed schedule, but we can probably agree to adjust.

Preferably starting November 1, 2026, or as soon as possible.

Salary and employment

Salary is fixed according to applicable collective agreement and the principles for new pay. A child and criminal record check is obtained for employees who are hired in the day-care institutions in Herlev Municipality.
