Børnehuset Krudtuglen seeks an experienced daycare manager.

We are a group of committed employees with great professional pride, who will have a new daily manager as of January 1, 2027. The setting consists of both a nursery (vuggestue) and a kindergarten. There is strong demand for both and many little ones on the way to the nursery.

In our daily work we focus on the core task of creating a safe and pleasant learning environment with clear adults. Here there is room for both fun and seriousness – we play and learn and are daily both outside and inside.

The Children’s House is part of Krarup Free School and in everyday life there is close collaboration with the principal Anne Mette Vahl-Møller.

About the job

As daily manager at Krudtuglen you will have the responsibility to continue the good structured everyday life and at the same time provide good professional sparring. You will be responsible for the daily staff leadership, for meeting the professional requirements and for participating in the municipality's leadership forum.

The position is full-time.

This includes, among other things

• to continuously work with the strengthened pedagogical curricula in both theory and practice
• to help ensure good transitions – from nursery to kindergarten and to the Spring SFO
• to collaborate with the associated professionals PPR, speech and hearing consultants mm.
• to contribute to a good and trusting collaboration with parents

About us

We have a lovely diverse group of children and we meet all children and families with positive expectations.

In the nursery there is room for 15 children and many are on the way. The kindergarten has between 20 and 25 children and receives intake primarily from the nursery – but also from outside.

We see it as a great value to be a shared house, where familiarity with children and staff across the building is important. We place emphasis on and would like to develop the teamwork that makes the whole institution a good place to be for both children and adults.
