Børnehuset Skoven is seeking a fresh, clear and attentive assistant. Is that you? Do you want a daily life filled with play, smiles and hugs?

Børnehuset Skoven has a pedagogical assistant who is leaving due to study. Therefore we are looking for a pedagogical assistant for a 37-hour permanent position starting from 1/1-27.

At Børnehuset Skoven you will meet present adults who place a high priority on a good childhood.

We emphasize staying present, play at a child’s level, and being present where the children are.

There must be room for laughter, hugs, play and all that belongs to a good childhood.

We are a small and manageable house normed to 48 children, distributed between nursery and kindergarten. The staff group consists of 13 approachable and smiling adults, known for strong cooperation and for backing each other up in everyday life. You will become part of a good team in a special day care where we know each other well. You must be prepared to lift together, so you should be able to see yourself in both nursery and kindergarten.

We place a high priority on parent collaboration, so this will also be part of your daily life. We have a wonderfully diverse house, so you should view differences as a strength rather than a weakness.

Børnehuset Skoven is part of Brabrand Dagtilbud , which is dedicated to the core task and has high ambitions for the pedagogical work. Brabrand Dagtilbud is in many ways unique, but especially in terms of our location. We are close together and that strengthens our cross-collaboration. In Brabrand Dagtilbud we work with Broader Child Communities , and in addition we work with Daycare for all . We also focus on professional collaboration and language development in the children.

• Dare to ask, wonder, and have a great desire to learn new things.

It is not a requirement that you have experience – the most important is that you have the desire and heart with you.

The practical

Salary and employment terms are determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary setting happens after negotiation with the labor union entitled to negotiate based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement that can form the basis for salary setting.

The position is 37 hours per week with start on January 1 or as soon as possible thereafter.
