The number of children in Furesø Municipality is increasing, which means more little ones who need a safe and inspiring start to life. Therefore we are looking for engaged pedagogues for both the nursery and the kindergarten.

The profile of the Childhouse is inspired by the North Italian pedagogy, where we follow the children’s traces. This entails an appreciative and inclusive view of childhood, where we base our approach on the children's competencies, strengths and interests. We are a large childhouse that values being in the small. We care about how the interior can be a co-player, and we therefore work with play zones. Creating more rooms within the room gives a sense of closeness and safety. It provides opportunities for immersion, for both children and adults.

About the job

• You can start on 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

About Børnehuset Søndersø

We are a 0-6 year institution in Værløse with about 50 nursery children and about 100 kindergarten children. We have 5 nursery groups and 6 kindergarten groups. We have a special focus on the small groups within the large community.

We are 41 employees who work well across teams and are focused on creating a rich and developing childhood. We do not need to be able to do everything, but to be excited about what we want and can do.

We are a smoke-free and shoe-free institution. Salary and employment according to the current collective agreement.
