Boldesager School is seeking, with start date December 1, 2026, an educator for a maternity-leave replacement in the school and SFO

We are looking for a dedicated pedagogue who is passionate about working with children in the early school years and in the middle grades. There will be hours in the school part in a strong team. In addition there will be hours in after-school care (SFO).

The working hours are 37 hours per week.

About the school

Boldesager School has 428 pupils with two tracks in most year groups from 0-9. In addition there is a well-functioning SFO after-school care and junior club. The school has 55 motivated and development-oriented staff, an active and engaged school board and parent community. We are of a size where we know each other, and where everyone is ready to “lend a hand.” The school is located in Esbjerg close to the center, and we incorporate the city’s opportunities into everyday life.

Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, including the current rules on local wage formation.
