We are looking for a Travel Agent to start in the Danish team at the office in Athens. We have a rolling start.

Job profile

As an SIA (B2C) agent you will handle incoming calls and emails from premium customers with a focus on individual customer service. Your tasks will mainly include:

• Answering inquiries regarding bookings, complaints and general flight information.
• Assistance with ticket changes and refunds.
• Advice on seat or meal choices as well as special assistance on board.

You will on average work with 6 different tools and handle 15-20 customer contacts daily. Training in the Amadeus booking tool will be provided. Possibility of upgrade to Tier 2 based on qualifications.

Requirements

• Language level: Danish
• English: Minimum B2 level for training and CRM use.
• Mandatory: High school or equivalent education + minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Preferred: Experience in the aviation or bookings industry (Amadeus tool). Experience in the hospitality, travel or aviation industry is considered an advantage.
• Advanced written communication skills.
• Good PC skills (incl. MS Office).
• Ability to multitask.
• Typing speed of ≥ 25 words per minute with 100% accuracy.
