Do you want to be a central part of the daily operations in a fast-paced workshop where your ability to create structure and great customer experiences makes a real difference?

About the position

As a booker you will be the link between our customers and the workshop. You are often the first the customer meets, and your efforts are crucial for the day-to-day flow to run efficiently for customers, colleagues and the workshop.

Your main tasks

• Handling customer inquiries via phone and online channels
• Booking and coordinating workshop appointments
• Scheduling and reserving loaner cars
• Check-in of customers at the workshop
• Administrative tasks related to booking and follow-up

You will play a central role in creating an overview and ensuring that our capacity is used as efficiently as possible, even when the pace is high.

About you

You love interacting with people and are motivated by finding solutions that make a difference for customers. At the same time you work in a structured way, take responsibility and maintain an overview in a busy everyday life.

• Have experience from customer service, booking or similar roles
• Thrive with telephone customer contact and many daily inquiries
• Work systematically and have an eye for detail
• Are positive, collaborative and contribute to a good atmosphere
• Want to create great experiences for customers every day

Familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important is your service attitude, your commitment and your desire to learn.
