Bookkeeper wanted for SunFlex Solar Systems

We are seeking a structured and responsible bookkeeper to handle our daily accounting tasks. The position can be filled on full-time or part-time basis by arrangement .

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for a number of core bookkeeping tasks, including

• Invoicing customers
• Posting payments
• Follow-up on overdue invoices and sending reminders
• Posting and payment of supplier invoices
• Ongoing reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Various administrative tasks related to the finance function

We expect that you

• Have experience from a similar bookkeeping role
• Work in a structured manner and have an eye for detail
• Can keep an overview of many tasks simultaneously
• Are good at communicating and collaborating with both colleagues and customers
• Have experience with financial systems, preferably Uniconta
• Thrive with routine tasks, but can also work independently and take responsibility when special situations arise
