Borupgårdskolen seeks an engaged inclusion pedagogue

Are you a skilled educator who is passionate about creating strong, safe learning communities for children with autism, ADHD and other executive-function challenges? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

You will become an important part of our group provision M1 for students in 1st - 3rd grade, where calm, structure and clear relationships are the foundation. You will work in the group closely with two teachers and a teaching assistant, and you will also be part of a strong inclusion team with high professionalism, humor and good sparring.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with students facing difficulties and can translate knowledge into practice
• Works patiently and based on low arousal
• Is clear, inclusive and strong in relationships
• Thinks creatively and thrives in close collaboration
• Can keep an overview and see both the community and each individual child
• Encounters students, parents and colleagues with recognition and respect
