We are seeking a Brand Manager for our marketing team, who will manage and develop Generaxion's communication and image. Across touchpoints, audiences and countries.

About the job

As Brand Manager at Generaxion you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and strengthening our brand across channels and countries.

You will play a central role in ensuring that Generaxion's brand positioning and visual identity are consistent, relevant and value-creating – both internally and externally. In Denmark, Finland and Germany.

Task palette

• Planning and production of content for social media, Generaxion's websites and newsletters.
• Project-led development of brand assets and activities including employer branding and thought leadership.
• Develop and drive campaigns, content initiatives and brand activations in Denmark, Finland and Germany.
• Copywriting for campaigns and activations on Meta Ads and other marketing channels.
• Develop and coordinate film and photo projects for customer cases and employer branding purposes.
• Reporting and follow-up on KPIs for Generaxion Group's overall marketing.
• Close collaboration with marketing and communications teams in the individual countries.

About you

• You have sharp communication skills – both written and visual.
• You understand how to use AI tools in daily work and already have an AI chatbot as a sparring partner.
• You have experience with performance marketing, including Meta Ads.
• You are structured, proactive and thrive working across teams and countries.
• You have good experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
• You have good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You are a power user of the Office suite.
• Adobe programs are not unfamiliar to you, and you can navigate the basic functions in e.g. Photoshop.
