Brandbjerg Folk High School seeks a cleaning supervisor for an efficient cleaning team

Our fantastic cleaning manager Henriette has found a new job, and we are therefore looking for the next leader of our energy-filled cleaning team.

Brandbjerg Højskole is an ambitious and diverse school with many activities in both our conference center, short courses as well as our long courses. • Have documented experience as a cleaning supervisor.
• Can juggle a workday with both administrative tasks and cleaning.
• Can stay focused in a complex daily life with different groups in the house.
• Are engaged and welcoming to colleagues, students and course participants.
• Can lead a team where both Danish and English are working languages.
• Can motivate and keep morale high.

Your duties

· Managing a staff of five employees

· MUS/Team development conversations

· Budget responsibility

· Part of the school’s interdisciplinary management group

· Planning and coordination of the team’s tasks in collaboration with external cleaning

· Daily cleaning

· Shift planning

· Procurement and inventory management

· Coordination with the house’s other practical departments

· Coordination and collaboration with the teaching group regarding students

· Weekly cleaning with students

The position is 37 hours per week.

Good working hours according to the duty roster. Primarily weekdays 7am-3pm.

Salary at management level and according to qualifications.
