Bricklayer for commercial projects and renovations in Copenhagen

We are looking for a bricklayer for commercial renovation in Copenhagen.

You will become part of a larger crafts company where bricklaying goes hand in hand with carpentry, joinery and contracting. Commercial projects fill the everyday work, and we work with renovations rather than small private patch jobs. You work in a pair or a crew, so you have people around you on site. The team is large enough for planning to carry the bigger tasks.

The good thing about the role is that you are not alone with the decisions. You must be able to take responsibility for your own craft, but collaboration with the other trades is part of the package. There is an emphasis on good social cohesion, good pay and a work environment where people can stay for many years.

What you get Salary: 225-235 DKK per hour

Everyday: Commercial renovation, in pairs and crews

Your everyday

The day's sequence is agreed on site so that the bricklaying fits with the other trades. You start the renovation in the order that makes sense for the crew, and you say if something doesn’t add up. When a task changes along the way, it is taken into account immediately so the next trade can come in.

You will, among other things, work with

• Work on renovations for commercial projects
• Bricklayer for exterior walls and partition walls
• Plasterer and skim walls
• Lay tiles and clinker tiles
• Carry out concrete work and casting

Here it is about solid craftsmanship and collaboration that works in practice. You must be able to take hold, keep the on-site commitments and deliver something you can stand behind.

You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a bricklayer
• Can work in pairs and crews
• Are comfortable with commercial projects and renovations
• Show up reliably and keep your promises
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you’ve worked on larger renovation projects before. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility for your work and function properly on a site with several trades.
