Bricklayer for facade renovation and bathrooms in Espergærde

We are looking for a bricklayer for service, new build and renovation in Espergærde.

You will become part of a bricklayer team of around 15 employees, where tasks range from small service jobs to larger contracts. Customers are private individuals, housing associations, insurance, municipality and business, so you need to be able to talk properly with several types of people. The roles are based in Espergærde and surrounding areas, and everyday life can shift between solo tasks, pairing and teams. The company also works with façades, bathrooms and renovation of masonry, so you will use more than one side of the trade.

The advantage of the role is that you have freedom with responsibility without being left to sink. You have a company car, the pay is 200-250 DKK per hour, and the bonus scheme is part of the package. A driving licence is required because you also drive yourself to the assignments.

Daily work: New builds, renovation and service

Your everyday The day is planned according to the tasks that are ready - some days service and dampers, other days renovation or new build. When you work on your own, you keep track of the appointments and report in if something changes. On larger tasks you coordinate with a partner or crew, so the next trade can come in.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Handle service and dampers on smaller masonry tasks
• Work on renovation of houses, façades and masonry
• Take part in new build when the task requires more hands
• Renovate bathrooms and lay tiles or ceramic tiles
• Perform plastering, wash rendering and pointing

When a service task grows larger than originally agreed, you say so in good time so the customer knows what is happening. That is how the agreements are kept, and how the day becomes easier for everyone.

We’re looking for you who can check off most You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a bricklayer
• Have a driving licence
• Can take both service tasks and larger masonry work
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up
