We need a bricklayer for new builds, renovations and special tasks in Vejle.

You will land in a larger bricklayer team of about 45 employees, where tasks range from private housing projects to commercial. Work involves new builds, transformations and special tasks, and there are also villas where the detail must be right. The area is Vejle and surroundings, and everyday life can be solo, with a buddy or in a team.

The role suits you if you can take responsibility without needing someone looking over your shoulder all day. You get freedom with responsibility, but there are still people around when more hands are required for the task. When you are at the customer’s site, you must behave professionally and speak up if something doesn’t add up.

Everyday: New construction, renovation and mixed bricklayer work

Your daily life

On site you take on the agreed part of the task and keep the sequence so that the other trades can get to it. Part of the work is in new builds, and part is in renovations, where you often need to think a little before you just start. When something changes along the way, you clarify it and continue to work properly.

You will among other things work with

• Working on new builds with classic brickwork
• Renovating and repairing existing masonry
• Laying tiles where the task requires it
• Plastering and finishing walls and facades
• Pouring and correcting smaller concrete tasks

What matters here is that you act professionally and deliver something you can stand behind. This is not a place for half measures, but for a bricklayer who wants freedom and at the same time to take the responsibility that comes with it.

We are looking for you who can check off most boxes

We do not expect you to have done everything before. But you must be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have experience as a bricklayer, preferably at least 2 years
• Can work both alone, with a buddy and in a team
• Arrive reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak properly with customers and colleagues

It is an advantage if you have experience with both new builds and renovations before. But the most important is that you work properly and take responsibility for what you deliver.
