You work on mixed bricklaying tasks, where service and dampers are the fixed focus. The customers range from private individuals to businesses, and the work area is in Næstved and the surrounding area. There are also tasks with facades, repairs, plastering and repointing, so the day isn’t just small patches. Agreements with customers must be clear, and they must know what they are getting before the work starts.

You switch between driving yourself and working with a partner, depending on the task. The company car is included in the package, and a driver's license is required because you drive to customers. The motto is simple: It should be fun to go to work.

What you’ll get

Salary: 180-250 DKK per hour

Your everyday

The day may start with a service task, a repair or a review of the next renovation. You coordinate the sequence with the customer or your partner, and you say if something requires more time than agreed.

You will, among other things, work with

• Install and service dampers for customers
• Lays tiles in residential and commercial properties
• Work on new builds with classic bricklaying tasks
• Renovates brickwork and surfaces
• Performs casting and concrete work

When a price or an agreement changes, you report it in time so the customer isn’t left with a surprise. It suits you who would rather do the job properly than quickly and halfway.

We’re looking for someone who can tick most boxes

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license and can drive yourself out to the customers
• Have experience as a bricklayer
• Can work alone without losing the overview
• Are punctual and keep your agreements
• Say if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with service, dampers, tiles, renovation or casting. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for the work you deliver.
