Bricklayer for shop fitting and commercial work in Trustrup

Do you want good pay, travel work and good camaraderie?

We are looking for a bricklayer for new builds and renovations in Trustrup.

You will join a larger crew where the work focuses on commercial projects and shop fittings. Work is done in crews, and the tasks may be outside because the role is set up as a travel fitter. The everyday life therefore happens not only close to Trustrup, but on projects that need to be finished properly. A good sense of teamwork and solidarity fills the days, because you must be able to function together when you are away.

Colleagues: Approximately 60 employees

Trade agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term assignments.

Daily life: Travel work, new builds and renovations

Your daily life When the crew is on a project, you agree the sequence on site and distribute the work according to what needs to be closed first. The day shifts between new builds and renovations, so you must be able to enter the task and take part together with the rest of the team. The work requires that you keep up the pace without delivering anything half-dinished.

You will among other things be working with

• Working on new builds in commercial projects
• Renovating existing commercial buildings
• Masonry exterior walls and partition walls
• Laying tiles and ceramics where the project requires it
• Repairing masonry and preparing so the next trade can come in

When you are away, it matters that you help each other and keep the agreements on site. It fits a rhythm with travel periods where the team must function for several weeks at a time.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes We do not expect that you have done it all before. But you must be able to see a task and start.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a bricklayer
• Are ready for travel work with periods away from home
• Can work in a crew and take responsibility for your share
• Show up reliably and keep the agreements
• Can work on commercial projects with new builds and renovations

It is an advantage if you have tried shop fitting or larger commercial projects before. But the most important is that you can work properly in a crew and are enthusiastic about the rhythm.
