We are looking for a mason for tiling and concrete work in Nykøbing Falster.

You will join a larger masonry team, where there are master masons, supervisors, laborers and apprentices. The work ranges from private tasks to commercial, new builds and renovations, and there is room for both detail tasks and larger construction sites. The sites are around Nykøbing Falster, and daily work can shift from independent tasks to partner work and crews. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other.

The role suits you who want broad masonry tasks instead of standing with the same small part month after month. You get a company car and responsibility to keep your commitments, but you also have people around you on the larger sites. The pay is high, and the bonus scheme is an extra.

Everyday: Tiles, concrete, new builds and renovations

Your day-to-day

When a task starts, you get the framework for the work and agree the sequence on site. For tiling and renovation you prepare the surface, measure up and deliver neatly. For casting and concrete work things must fit correctly the first time so that other trades can come in.

You will, among other things, work with

• Lay tiles in private and commercial assignments
• Work with new builds according to the agreed plan
• Renovate brickwork, rooms and surfaces
• Cast and perform concrete work on site

If something changes along the way, you say so and have it aligned so the agreement still holds. It suits a mason who can take responsibility without making things bigger than they are.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a mason
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently, with a partner and in crews
• Show up reliably and speak up if something doesn't add up
• Are comfortable with both tiling, renovation and concrete work

It is an advantage if you have tried both new builds, renovation and casting before. But the most important is that you can take responsibility and deliver something you can stand behind.
