Bricklayer for tiling and renovation in Aalborg

We are looking for an experienced mason for tiling and renovation in Aalborg.

You land in a mason's everyday life where the tasks range from bathrooms and wet rooms to facades, tiles and traditional masonry work. The customers are private, housing associations, institutions and businesses, so you must be able to switch between proper customer dialogue and efficient on-site work. The positions are in Aalborg and the surrounding area, and the work arrangement shifts between solo, pair and team.

The good thing about the role is the freedom. You get a company car and freedom with responsibility, but you are not alone when a task requires sparring. Agreements with customers must hold, so you must be able to say no if the sequence or material choice doesn’t align.

What you get Salary: 210-230 DKK per hour

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Everyday: Tiles, renovation and masonry work

Your everyday

Each task starts with you getting control of the agreement, the sequence and what materials are needed. Some days it’s about tiles and ceramics, others about renovation, repair or classic masonry work. If the sequence changes along the way, you align it with the people you work with so the next trade can come in.

You will among other things work with

• Lay tiles and ceramics in wet rooms and other rooms
• Handle renovation and repair of masonry
• Work with bathrooms and wet rooms from repair to new construction
• Perform facade work and traditional masonry work
• Advise on material choices, quality and maintenance when the customer needs it

When the customer inquires about quality or materials, it is you who provides a proper answer or passes the right clarification along. It’s about clear agreements and delivering the work at the time and price the customer has been promised.

We’re looking for you who can tick most boxes

You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have at least 5 years of experience as a mason
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Can take responsibility for planning in your part of the task
• Speak properly with customers

It’s an advantage if you have experience with tiles, renovation, wet rooms or facade work. But the most important thing is that you take responsibility and say when something doesn’t add up.
