You will land in a manageable team where bricklayer work is connected to turnkey projects, renovation and maintenance. The customers are both private and commercial, and the tasks can range from tile floors to extensions and repairs. The positions are located around Næstved, so everyday life is local and easy to overview.

Your everyday

Each task begins with a review of what needs to be done and how it fits with the other trades. You work according to an agreed sequence, so tiling, repairs and bricklaying are completed without chaos on site. If something changes along the way, you speak up before it becomes a problem.

You will among other things work with

• Carrying out tile and klinker work on renovations
• Renovating and repairing masonry
• Assisting on extensions and other bricklaying tasks
• Pounding and shaping where the task requires it
• Erecting smaller walls and detail work

When an arrangement changes, you communicate it immediately so the customer knows where things stand. Then planning can stay on track for both the customer and the rest of the team.

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a bricklayer
• Have tried tiling tasks or renovations before
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Speak properly with customers and colleagues
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have worked with tiles, klinker, extensions or renovation. But the most important is that you take responsibility for your work and do not deliver anything half-hearted.
