You land in a craft company of about 15 employees, where there is room for both independent tasks and working with others.

Tasks are around Køge and the surroundings, and the day-to-day ranges over renovation, service and dampers. You can work alone, with a partner or be part of a crew, depending on how the task is set up. It is a place where good camaraderie and community matter in daily life.

Day-to-day: Service, dampers and renovation

Your day-to-day The day starts with tasks allocated, so you know whether you drive alone, with a partner or in a crew. Some tasks are planned renovations, others are service or dampers, where you must be able to assess what needs to be done first. When something changes on site, you speak up instead of letting it drift.

You will, among other things, work with

• Renovating masonry and handling smaller building tasks
• Taking service and dampers at customers
• Plastering and filling where the task requires it
• Laying tiles and ceramic tiles on relevant tasks
• Repairing masonry and preparing for the next trade

When a service task turns out to be larger than agreed, you report it and get the next steps under control. That’s how daily life works best when there is both freedom, a company car and an expectation that agreements are kept.

We are looking for someone who can tick off most of these You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have experience as a bricklayer, preferably a couple of years or more
• Can work alone without getting stuck
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak properly with customers and colleagues

It’s an advantage if you have tried both renovation, service and dampers before. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility for your work and deliver properly.
