Building painter for facade work and maintenance in Frederikssund

Are you a building painter and do you want a company car and freedom with responsibility?

We need a painter for facade, renovation and service in Frederikssund.

You will join a craft business with about 15 employees, where painting work is closely linked to renovation, maintenance and smaller service tasks. The work is both in homes and residential/commercial, so you meet different site types without having to stay away. The tasks can also be part of larger construction projects where several trades must work together.

Here the expectation is that you can drive yourself and take responsibility for your appointments. You get a company car, and you are not judged by fancy words, but by whether the customer gets a proper solution. The motto is simple: It should be fun to go to work.

What you get

Salary: 180-200 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Area of work: Frederikssund and surroundings

Colleagues: About 15 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under applicable collective agreement

Employment: Full-time employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: Facade, renovation and service

Your everyday

You drive yourself to agreed tasks and keep track of the sequence during the day. When you are faced with service or dampers, you assess whether the task can be completed immediately or needs to be escalated. In renovation and facade maintenance it’s about finishing your part so the next trade can come in.

You will among other things work with

• Maintains facades on residential and commercial properties
• Paints and renovates on renovation tasks
• Handles service and dampers when smaller tasks need fixing
• Plasters and primer before painting
• Paints doors, windows and ceilings

On service tasks, the short message is important: do it neatly, get the agreement in place, and report back if something grows. It gives peace of mind for you, the customer and those who plan the next task.

We are looking for you who can tick off most things

You do not need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a building painter
• Have a driving license
• Can work alone and close out tasks
• Are used to facade, renovation or service
• Shows up reliably and speaks up if something is not right

It’s an advantage if you have experience with dampers and facade maintenance before. But the most important is that you can work properly without someone standing over your shoulder.
