In our department we are responsible for the bank's credit systems and for supporting advisers in correct and efficient use of them. One of our core tasks is to dive into operational problems, analyze them, describe them clearly and report them – so we can quickly get the systems back on track.

The department also plays a key role in the collaboration with the bank's central areas, where we contribute with technical credit clarifications that create value and ensure quality in the decision basis.

In the role of Business Consultant you will have a central placement between the bank's advisers and the development departments, where you will describe needs into solutions and ensure that the credit systems support the advisers' daily work.

About the position

The job consists of both hotline support and development and there is the possibility in the long run to adjust the weighting of tasks based on your competencies. You will have the opportunity to influence both daily operations, but also the development of the bank's products and systems. Your input and insight will be an important part of the ongoing improvement and innovation that creates value for both colleagues and customers.

The department is part of Kredit Forretningsudvikling, where you will have 15 skilled colleagues who handle tasks within business and system development, as well as support of the bank's credit systems.

Your key tasks will be

• Participate in the ongoing development and optimization of the bank's credit systems
• Participate in credit-related clarifications in connection with the development of systems and products
• Advise the bank's advisers on the use of systems related to credit
• Solve operational problems together with Bankdata and the bank's IT department
• Implementation of system improvements
• Develop and update credit-related documents in collaboration with the bank's legal department

About you

You have a solid banking background and knowledge of the bank's credit systems. In your future role it is important that you can navigate complex systems and understand the professional contexts that lie behind them.
