Business Consultant for Business Services

In Norddjurs Municipality we are looking for an engaged business consultant for Business Services.

We are strengthening our Business Services, based on new legislation in which Ukrainians are covered by the obligation to work. As a business consultant you will work with the broad business-oriented effort across target groups. You will support candidates on their path to the labor market through job matching, business-oriented activities, and close collaboration with local companies. The Ukrainian reception is part of the overall task portfolio

About the job

Companies in Norddjurs Municipality are our most important partners in the employment effort. Therefore we are looking for a business consultant who can strengthen cooperation with the business sector and contribute to creating good solutions for both companies and citizens.

You will become part of a well-functioning team of business and training consultants, where collaboration, professional sparring and results are central elements. Your tasks will span broadly within Business Services and support the Job Center’s overall employment effort across target groups.

Your main tasks

• Prospect and service companies with a focus on recruitment, retention and development of the workforce.
• Establish and maintain strong cooperation relations with the local business community.
• Match unemployed citizens with relevant job openings, internships and upskilling opportunities.
• Support business-oriented initiatives for different target groups, including displaced Ukrainians covered by the obligation to work.
• Identify companies’ current and future needs for labor and translate this into concrete employment opportunities.
• Ensure follow-up and quality in the business collaboration.

We expect that you

• Thrive in dialogue with companies and candidates.
• Are outgoing, proactive and good at building relationships.
• Work independently and in a structured way with a focus on solutions and opportunities.
• Have good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Are action-oriented, flexible and a strong team player.
• Would preferably have knowledge of the employment area and the local labor market.
• Have a driving license.

Salary and employment : In accordance with the applicable HK agreement and 37 hours per week from 1 December 2026, possibly earlier.
