Then you may be the business partner we are looking for to CBS's new department for Process-, Project- and Change Management.
A new role with great visibility and the opportunity to set the direction
CBS is establishing a new cross-functional department that will help the university's administrative area to implement changes, realize gains and create better coherence across the university.
The department supports leaders and employees with common methods, guidance and facilitation within process development, project management and change management. We build the department closely to the organization’s needs and develop our ways of working together with the areas we help.
Your primary tasks
As a business partner you will be one of the key people in the department. You will have a central role in creating good collaboration between business, IT and professional environments and you will help ensure CBS's most important development and change initiatives are qualified, prioritized and supported in a way that creates value in practice. The department also handles the secretariat support of CBS IT project portfolio, including financial management.
You will among other things
- Be a central collaboration partner for key stakeholders across CBS.
- Qualify project ideas and development initiatives for CBS's IT project portfolio.
- Contribute to analyses, decision briefs and management products.
- Support pipeline and portfolio work in collaboration with relevant areas.
- Facilitate workshops, cross-area dialogues and decision processes.
- Contribute to reporting, benefits work and follow-up on prioritized initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of concepts, methods and common ways of working within process-, project- and change management.
- Develop PPF as the new department and create visible value for the organization.
Who are you?
We imagine that you have experience from one or more of the following areas
- Project management, PMO or portfolio management.
- Organizational development, process development or change management.
- Working at the interface between business, IT and professional environments.
In addition we hope that you
- Are curious and proactive in your approach to the organization.
- Build trust and good relationships across disciplines.
- Can translate complex issues into clear recommendations.
- Work independently and take responsibility to create progress.
- Can facilitate in an inclusive and trust-building way.
- Thrive in a role where the tasks span a wide range, and where no two days are the same.
The most important is that you want to listen, learn, contribute and help build something new.
What do we offer?
- A role close to decisions, prioritizations and development at CBS.
- Opportunity to influence a new department and the collaborations we build.
- A broad contact surface across the university.
- A professional environment where we share knowledge, develop methods and learn from each other.
- Skilled and engaged colleagues.
- Flexible working conditions with the possibility of home working and flexitime.
We work so that changes function in practice. Therefore we look for a colleague who wants to contribute to CBS’s work with better solutions, closer collaboration and results that can be felt in daily life.
