We are based at the savings bank's head office in Vrå, and we have close collaboration with the savings bank's other specialist functions. We also act as a sparring partner for our other corporate centers around Denmark.

Customers are spread across the savings bank's market area, but the majority are in Northern Jutland and the Capital Region. They come from different industries and include, among other things, real estate financing in various corporate structures, sector companies, and the savings bank's partners.

About the job

As a corporate supporter you will have a workday with both fixed and varied tasks. Some tasks are purely administrative, while others are solved in close collaboration with advisers and may require direct customer contact. It is therefore important that you enjoy both parts.

Your tasks will include, among other things, to

• ensure a good onboarding of new customers in cooperation with the advisers
• draft and handle documents
• have personal and telephone contact with customers
• handle mortgage cases
• assist the advisers with ongoing follow-up.

What you need to succeed in the role

We expect that you already have experience working with corporate customers.

In addition, we expect that you have the following profile

• You are service-minded and gain energy from helping others.

• You prioritize your tasks and plan your own time.
• You are good at maintaining a professional and personal customer dialogue.
• You make decisions based on sound judgment.
