BUTCHER / SAUSAGE MAKER WANTED FOR DANKØD IN SLAGELSE

🔪 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are a meat wholesale company, and therefore you will have a varied workday with the possibility to use several aspects of your trade.

Your duties will include among other things

• Sausage making and production
• Butchering and trimming of meat
• Smaller specialty cuts
• Preparation and portioning according to customers' wishes
• Quality control and handling of raw materials

We are primarily looking for an experienced butcher and/or sausage maker.

You must be able to work independently, have control of your craft and be able to see what needs to be done.

Quality and professional pride mean more to us than fancy titles.

You may have many years of experience in the butchery trade, but you may no longer want a full working week.

We are indeed also looking for a skilled butcher/sausage maker on a part-time basis.

Hours and working days are agreed individually, so we can find a solution that works for both parties.
