Butchers with experience in deboning beef wanted for Danish Crown Beef in Aalborg

Do you have experience in deboning beef and want to become part of a professional production team? Then it might be you we are looking for!

On behalf of Danish Crown Beef in Aalborg, Temp-Team is seeking experienced workers in beef deboning for production. We are looking for someone who has a steady hand, enjoys practical work, and takes pride in delivering good quality work.

Your tasks

Your primary task will be deboning beef on individual piecework. You will among other things work with:

• Deboning of forequarters (wings)
• Deboning of hindquarters ( pistols)
• Deboning of both cattle and calves

You will become part of a professional production environment where quality, efficiency, and food safety are important everyday elements.

Competences and qualifications

We would like you to

• Have experience with beef deboning on piecework
• Have good knife skills and experience from the meat industry
• Can communicate in Danish, English, Polish or German

There are no requirements for special certificates or courses, but a food hygiene certificate is an advantage.

You do not need to be a trained butcher, but it is essential that you have practical experience with cutting and deboning beef or similar tasks.

Practical information

• It is a permanent position of 37 hours per week
• You will be employed on the day shift with the following working hours:
• Monday to Thursday 06:30–14:30
• Friday 06:30–13:50
• Overtime may occur as needed. There is no weekend work.
• Salary and employment terms in accordance with applicable collective agreement and the company's guidelines
• Start as soon as possible after agreement
