Your role

As a store manager

• you run a store with high tempo and solid results
• lead and develop your team in everyday life
• work structured with our concepts, including our management concept “Bedst til Basis”
• ensure strong execution and good customer experiences
• develop employees and spot new leadership talents

We imagine that you

May already be working in retail or grocery. You are at least a skilled leader who has experience in running a store or an area with responsibility for both operations and employees.

You have created results through strong operations, daily structure and by developing the people you lead.

You thrive in a daily life with tempo, responsibility and clear goals, and are motivated by building a strong team that together delivers good results.
