Your role

As store manager

• you run a store at high tempo with solid results
• lead and develop your team in everyday life
• work structurally with our concepts, including our leadership concept “Best for Basics”
• ensure strong execution and good customer experiences
• develop employees and spot new leadership talents

Might already work in retail or groceries. You are at least a skilled leader who has experience running a store or an area with responsibility for both operations and employees.

You have created results through strong operations, daily structure and by developing the people you lead.
