Store Manager Wanted at The Chinese Merchant Ballerup Center

As Store Manager you understand the value of being a role model, conduct yourself professionally, humbly, and in a calm manner. You radiate positive energy and foster a behavior that promotes and elevates your team's mindset.

In the role you are the business's outward face and play a key role across the organization. You will work closely with the owners of the company as well as with all departments, in a flat corporate structure.

You will lead a team of about 5-10 employees, including full-time, part-time and possibly student workers.

The distribution of work will be approximately 90% on the shop floor and 10% administrative.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Daily operations and sales
• Create and maintain a positive working environment for staff
• Ensure that the store's guidelines and procedures are followed
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Planning and execution of operating and maintenance tasks
• Training, onboarding, motivation, and development of staff
• Merchandising ordering
• Hiring staff and scheduling
• Contribute to planning and execution of promotional activities

• You work in a structured way, are good at creating an overview and keeping many balls in the air
• Passionate about Asian cooking and foods
• Understand how to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities
• Speaks and writes Danish and English
