Store manager wanted for Hornbæk Bakery 🥐☕️

Do you want to lead a cozy bakery shop where quality, fine craftsmanship and great customer experiences are at the heart? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

After a full 12 years of faithful service our current store manager has chosen to seek new challenges. Therefore we are now looking for a new store manager for Hornbæk Bakery , who wants to become an important part of our daily life and help drive the shop forward.

As store manager you will have a central role in daily operations and become the outward-facing face to our customers. You will help ensure that the shop always presents itself invitingly and that our customers have a good experience – every time.

Your tasks will include

· Responsible for the daily operation of the store

· Leadership, planning and coordination of staff

· Ensure good customer service and a high level of service

· Ordering, replenishment and merchandising

· Responsibility for the store's presentation and visual appearance

· Training and onboarding of new employees

· Rostering and daily coordination

· Being an active part of the team in the shop

We imagine that you

• Have experience from a shop, cafe, bakery or similar
• Are eager to take responsibility and lead by example
• Are approachable and service-minded
• Are good at creating structure and keeping an overview – even when it’s busy
• Can motivate and collaborate with different people
• Have a good mood and contribute positively to the working environment
• Want to be part of a local bakery where the customers matter a lot

The most important for us is not necessarily your title or education, but that you have the desire, commitment and ability to make both people and the store work well.
