Structural Engineer

AART i Frederikssund is seeking a dedicated building constructor to join our design team of architects and building constructors. If you are passionate about creating impact with architecture and making your mark on AART's many new projects on Zealand, then you are the one we are looking for.

Professionally, you should be passionate about detailing designs and solving complex construction-technical challenges, while together with colleagues ensuring progress in the projects toward the finished building. As a designing building constructor, you have a good overview of the design process and are good at prioritizing the various tasks in a dynamic everyday work.

You are a proficient Revit user and can take on the professional model responsibility during the design. You have a good understanding of the phases and parties of the construction process, a strong understanding of design dynamics, and the ability to work construction-technical.

We have a team of experienced building constructors, BIM/IT managers and project managers, whom you can spar with in daily work and there is an expectation that you are a good team player who uses your own professional expertise to raise the whole team's level through knowledge sharing.

You also have a strong desire to engage professionally in AART's ambitions to persistently work with architecture's impact on organizations and society. For us, architecture is not about form. Qualifications and competencies

• graduate building constructor with 5 years of experience
• proficient Revit user at a good level
• good understanding of the phases and stakeholders of the construction process
• construction-technical knowledge and experience
• experience with authority applications and descriptions and preferably professional supervision/inspection
• maintains architectural visions throughout the design with constructible solutions
• works in a structured and systematic way with high quality in task completion
• writes and speaks a Nordic language fluently
