Construction painter with company car for new builds and renovations in Faxe Ladeplads

Do you want a company car, freedom with responsibility and painting work close to Faxe Ladeplads?

We are looking for a building painter for new construction and renovation in both residential and commercial sectors.

You join a painting team of about 10 employees, where painting is the core of everyday work. The tasks are located in Faxe Ladeplads and surrounding area, and you work on both residential and commercial projects. Some tasks you solve on your own, others you take with a partner, so the day-to-day alternates between steady work through and collaboration on site.

The good thing about the role is that you get freedom with responsibility without being thrown into anything loose. You get a company car, proper framework and a daily life where you must be able to take responsibility for pace, commitments and finish. It suits you who want to be treated as a competent professional.

What you get Salary: 170-220 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Faxe Ladeplads and surroundings

Colleagues: About 10 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Your everyday

On site, the day is about making the sequence work: masking, preparation, painting and cleanup. In renovation you work neatly around what is already there, while new build requires tempo and clean transitions. You are responsible for reporting if something does not match the task.

You will among other things be working with

• - Perform painting on new builds
• - Work with renovation and maintenance
• - Fill and prepare surfaces before painting
• - Paint walls, ceilings, doors and windows
• - Ensure neat finish and cleanup on site

When you have freedom with responsibility, you are also expected to speak up in time. It is better to have a quick chat about a task than to hand in something half-done.

We are looking for you who can tick most of the boxes

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• - Have at least 3 years of experience as a building painter
• - Have a driving license
• - Can work independently and keep your appointments
• - Are stable and show up as agreed
• - Will speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have experience with both new build and renovation. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for your work and deliver a neat result.
