We are looking for a painter for new builds and renovations in Aabenraa.

You will become part of a larger painting setup, where the work is on commercial projects in Aabenraa and surroundings. The tasks range from new builds to renovations, and the company also works with exterior tasks and special tasks. You switch between working independently on tasks, going with a partner and working as part of a team.

The good thing about the role is that you are not tied to one type of painting work. You get freedom under responsibility, but still people around you when the task requires several hands. It suits you who want to take responsibility without having to handle everything alone.

What you get Salary: 165-170 DKK per hour

Work area: Aabenraa and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Everyday: New builds, renovation and mixed way of working

Your everyday The day follows the task agreed for the site. On new builds you work according to the sequence in the construction, and on renovations you take the task in the stages that make sense for the rest of the site. When something changes, you speak up in good time so the work can hang together.

You will, among other things, work with

• Painting work on new construction
• Renovation and conversion on commercial projects
• Interior painting of commercial properties
• Painting doors, windows and ceilings
• Facade treatment

Freedom under responsibility here means that you can take action and keep your commitments. You don’t need a foreman breathing down your neck all day, but you must be able to speak up if something doesn’t add up.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand for what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a building painter
• Have a driver’s license
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your commitments
• Are used to new builds or renovations
• Show up reliably and deliver proper work

It is an advantage if you have tried your hand at exterior tasks, wallpapering or other special tasks. But the most important is that you can take a painting task from start to finish.
