We are looking for an experienced technical designer/Inventor-draftsman with building technology understanding for specially designed facade solutions.

Your work doesn't stop when the 3D model looks right on the screen.

The workshop must be able to manufacture the parts. The CNC milling machine and the laser must be able to use the files. And the installers must afterwards be able to make it all fit on the building.

That is where you come in.

From facade idea to production-ready parts

The company works B2B on larger contracting projects and has a particular expertise in custom-designed facades .

Work includes aluminium, composite panels, wooden cladding and louvers , and a large part is machined and assembled at its own workshop before it is sent out to the installers.

Your task will be to take the facade solutions and work them down to the component level.

You must be able to detail-design and draw the individual parts in Inventor , so the files are complete and can go directly to production on the company's CNC milling machine and laser .

That takes more than being quick with the mouse.

You must understand what happens to the drawing afterwards

We are looking for someone who has around 3-5 years of experience with Autodesk Inventor and at the same time brings experience or strong technical understanding from the construction industry .

You should be able to think in

• Facade construction and building technology
• Production drawings and detailed design
• Metal and sheet metal processing
• CNC and laser production
• Assembly and build-up at the workshop
• The subsequent installation on the construction site

Your educational title is not necessarily the determining factor.

You may have a background as technical designer, designer/engineer, building engineer or come from a construction trade and subsequently move into technical design .

The decisive factor is the combination of Inventor and building-technical understanding .

We are not just looking for a skilled Inventor user from the classical machine industry.

You must understand the building, the facade and the reality your drawings end up in.

Here, your lines will not gather dust

One of the advantages of the job is the distance from the screen to reality.

The company has its own industrial department and own workshop , so you work closely with those who actually have to manufacture the parts you design.

And when the parts are produced and assembled, they proceed to the company's own carpenters and installers on the construction site.

Drawing → production → installation → finished facade.

You will have the opportunity to be involved all the way.
