Are you passionate about high professional standards, and would you like to make a noticeable difference? Step through the door at Kirkegade 60, where we together create safe surroundings for 10 absolutely fantastic and unique residents.

With us, everyday life is full of life, smiles and pedagogical challenges. Our 10 lovely residents have their own personalities and different developmental challenges. They can fill the landscape – in the absolutely best way, but also when life gets in the way. Therefore we are seeking a colleague who is mentally strong, thrives in a changing environment and can meet the residents with both professional calm and a warm smile.

In our pedagogical work we base on KRAP and Low Arousal . We meet the residents at eye level, work resource-focused and place great emphasis on creating a calm and predictable everyday life that prevents conflicts.

Who are you?

• You are mentally robust : You can contain strong emotions and high energy, and you manage to maintain overview and calm when the waves are high.
• You know the premises : Kirkegade 60 is the residents’ home 365 days a year. You have given good thought to entering a daily life that covers day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• You are passionate about relational work : You have knowledge of or interest in KRAP and Low Arousal, and you meet the residents with respect, patience and a high pedagogical engagement😊

The practical

• Employment start : It would be fantastic if you can start on 1 December 2026, but we are happy to wait for the right profile.
