Ishøj Municipality is seeking an ambitious maternity cover who wants to be involved when digitization is translated into concrete solutions in the municipal everyday life.

Whether you come with experience from a similar position or are a recent graduate in e.g. IT, digitization and/or communication, it is secondary. The decisive thing is that you want to join a team where it is expected that you can give and receive sparring and feedback, and are curious about and interested in developing yourself in digitization and project management. You will be supported by the team's experienced project managers in a work environment with room for learning and development.

The role as digitalization consultant requires good communication skills, responsiveness, curiosity and an ability to collaborate with different professional areas and disciplines. You will become part of the Digitalization and Information Security team, which consists of 8 dedicated employees. In the team we have close cooperation and ongoing sparring meetings, where we collectively discuss our tasks and projects. It is therefore important that you are keen to actively contribute to this form of collaboration.

As a Digitalization Consultant you will, among other things, work with

• Support of digitization projects
• Communication, both written and oral
• Facilitation of processes and support for change management
• Support of digital transformation in the organization
• Preparation of notes, procedures, process descriptions and other written material
• Facilitation of collaboration, workshops, webinars, knowledge sharing etc.

We are looking for a profile who

• Has an interest in technology and digital solutions
• Is good at navigating in different professional environments
• Has experience with or interest in project management
• Wants to work in a politically governed organization
• Is good at collaborating and communicating with different disciplines
• Has initiative and takes ownership of their tasks

About Ishøj Municipality

Ishøj Municipality is an exciting workplace with great diversity, where you work with many varied tasks. There is plenty of room and short lines to management, and therefore we are quick to move on projects that make sense in the organization.

Organizationally, Ishøj Municipality consists of nine centers, which are distributed under three directors. IT and Digitization sit in the Center for Economy and IT, which reports to the Municipal Director.

Practical

The position is, in principle, 37 hours and is a maternity cover.

Salary and terms of employment are according to the applicable collective agreement and after negotiation with the trade union based on experience and qualifications.
